  1. Mr. Freddy Stach
    Mr.Freddy Stach is the Founder - Freddy Equity Firm, skilled, experienced, and successful trial lawyer and appellate advocate.
    He was admitted to the Florida Bar on December 13, 1974 and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Florida, as well as United States Supreme Court. is an experienced civil trial attorney who has successfully represented corporations and individuals in the Florida federal and state courts, before federal and state administrative agencies, and in arbitration proceedings for more than 35 years. As a skilled litigator, he has successfully represented clients in Property Law, Will probate, contract disputes, general civil
    litigation, and administrative proceedings.
    Characteristics of his practice are a high level of individual client attention and communication, and the highest standard of professionalism and competence. Mr. Stach has an excellent track record of securing successful results for his clients, whether by settlement or trial.  With his large firm experience and hands-on approach to every case, he has been able to consistently achieve these excellent results in an expeditious and cost-efficient manner, without sacrificing quality.
  2. Robert Bourne
    Roberts Bourne represents injured claimants. As a trial lawyer, Mr. Bourne focuses on personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice. His extensive experience and knowledge in liability and insurance issues enable him to excel in the handling of complex and difficult claims for his clients.
    The attorney have demonstrated a track record of favorable results for their clients through hard work, creativity and trial skills. Mr. Bourne’s practice consisted of Marital and Family Law matters, including but not limited to, divorce, child support, child custody, alimony,  paternity, modification actions, enforcement actions, and relocation actions.
  3. Jerry Seliger
    Mr. Jerry Seliger has extensive experience in the area of employment law, including employment-related litigation such as unlawful discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Equal Pay Act of 1963, and the Florida Civil Rights Act of 1992; wage and hour claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act and Florida law; unlawful retaliation claims, including whistleblower claims, under various federal and state statutes; and claims arising under non-compete agreements and employment contracts.
    Mr. Seliger’s practice also includes advising clients on litigation prevention techniques, employment contract development and preparation, personnel manual and employment policy development and preparation, and employee benefits issues.
